I have a Weber gas grill and it worked great. I just cooked it over medium-high heat the whole time.

My wife and I saw the same test kitchen show and are now dying to make this on our new weber. We have never made anything with so many steps so it will be fun teamwork. Thanks for the great breakdown and the pictures of your experience:-)

These are very YUMMY! You made them for lunch yesterday, now I’ll have to try them for Kenny sometime soon. He loves potatoes and cheese, so I’m sure these will be a hit at our house, too.
