I’ve been enjoying fall and all of its flavors; and in the process I’ve been making plenty of pumpkin baked goods. So, it was no surprise that I found an almost empty pumpkin pie spice jar in my pantry.
Instead of running to the store, I decided to make up a batch of pumpkin pie spice myself, after all, I have all the ingredients on hand. And if you bake much, you probably do too.
This ratio is based on a recipe I found on allrecipe and I think it tastes perfect, however, the great thing about making it yourself is that you can adjust it to suit your tastes. And, best of all, I think it’s much less expensive than buying it premade.
Happy Baking!
