Do you have the Weber Charcoal grilling cookbook? They have a great Fajita recipe that my husband loves! It is a cilantro, lime, OJ, and spice mixture that works great on chicken or beef.

I do. They are really inexpensive and easy. http://www.floradawn.com/cooking/2010/03/15/homemade-corn-tortillas/ is the post I did about them. My daughter is actually the one making them as I was behind the camera. The only downside is that they are really small.
