I buy Bob’s Redmill brand. It is available at their store in Milwaukie, completely worth checking out if you have never been there. Also at Fred Meyer in the nutrition section, Thriftway stores, Whole Foods and New Seasons. Some stores put it with the gluten free items, while others have it with the regular baking supplies. It is around $12 for a really small bag, but you only use a small amount so it lasts a pretty long time.
